By and large, it was incredible base for sightseeing in Naples, had much fun and met extremely friendly staff at the reception desk. My room was brand-new with nice bathroom, had safe for safety measures. The location was excellent, close to a medieval fortress. This hotel was in a very lively area...

We chose this hotel based on location. We had traveled in a group tour that stayed at the nh Ambassador a few years ago, so we had a feel for this area. Easy walk to the port and the bus stop. The room was the largest of any we occupied during our trip. It was clean and comfortable. Towards the rear of the building with no view, just the neighboring building, but we expected such and it was quiet. Breakfast was sufficient, although as an early riser I would have liked to see it our a little earlier. A couple of choices of cold cereal, ham and cheese, a pastry, bread, hard boiled eggs, coffee, and juice. Nothing special, but enough to fuel your morning. Staff was helpful and accommodating. All in all, it was a good value for the $ and what we had in mind when we booked.

No english speaking tv channels. Wi-fi did not extend to the room. I could get it a few paces down the hallway, or in the lobby. Only one room key card is given for entry and it controlled the room power, so if I left the room while the wife took a nap, everything turns off. Or, I have to knock to get back in. I know this is a good control system for the hotel, but a little inconvenient for the guest(unless you are a single traveler).
